My Approach

I blend Root Cause Therapy with Trauma-Informed Coaching, responding intuitively to what you need in each session.

Each session is led by you and what feels most present in the moment. We may focus on:

  • Understanding your recurring emotional or behavioural patterns

  • Processing stored emotions and experiences

  • Exploring the root causes of your current struggles

  • Creating space for emotional release and self-understanding

This is not a rigid method or one size fits all process. It’s a space where we follow what your nervous system needs in order to feel safe, understood, and ready to heal.

How Sessions Work

  • You will fill out a simple form when you make your booking, where you can share how you are currently feeling & what you would like to work on (only what you feel comfortable sharing). There's no pressure to have it all figured out. We'll explore together.

  • Sessions are conversational, gentle, and entirely led by you. I'll never rush you, push you to share more than feels safe, or take you anywhere your nervous system isn't ready to go. You remain in complete control.

    Some sessions involve talking through patterns and making connections between your past and present. Other times, we'll use guided techniques to help release what your body has been holding. I'll explain everything as we go, and you can pause or slow down at any moment.

    Sessions happen online via Google Meets in a private, confidential setting. You can be anywhere you feel safe and comfortable, whether that's your home, a quiet room, or even your car.

  • It's completely normal to feel lighter, tired, emotional, or reflective after sessions. This is your nervous system integrating the work we've done together. It's a sign of healing, not something wrong.

    Some people feel immediate relief, others notice shifts over the following days or weeks. Everyone's process is different, and all responses are welcome.

    I'm available via email between sessions if you need support, have questions, or just want to share what's coming up for you.

  • You don't need to perform, have the "right" answers, or do anything perfectly. You just need to show up as you are. I'll hold the space, and we'll move at the pace that feels right for you.

Sessions are a space to slow down and make sense of what’s been happening beneath the surface.
