1. About These Services
By booking and participating in therapy or coaching services with Brooke Z Healing, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
These services are holistic and supportive in nature and are not intended to replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, psychiatric care, or emergency services.
No guarantees can be made regarding outcomes, as progress and results vary from person to person.
2. Eligibility
Clients must be aged 18 or over unless otherwise agreed in writing with parental or guardian consent.
By engaging in these services, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge.
3. Scope of Services
Services may include:
1:1 therapy or coaching sessions
Online video sessions
Somatic and holistic therapeutic techniques
Voice note, video, or messaging support (where included)
These services are designed to support emotional wellbeing, self-awareness, personal growth, and nervous system regulation.
These services do not provide medical treatment, diagnosis, crisis intervention, or emergency mental health support.
4. Client Responsibility
You acknowledge that:
You are voluntarily participating in these services
You remain responsible for your own physical, emotional, and mental wellbeing
Therapy and coaching require active participation and personal responsibility
You will communicate openly regarding your needs, concerns, and any discomfort experienced during the process
You agree to inform your therapist/coach of:
Relevant medical or mental health conditions
Medication changes
Significant life changes that may impact your care
5. Confidentiality
All sessions and personal information are treated confidentially.
Confidentiality may only be broken where:
You provide written consent
Disclosure is required by law
There is concern regarding serious risk of harm to yourself or others
Safeguarding obligations apply

6. Sessions & Appointments
Session Length
Standard 1:1 sessions are approximately 60 or 120 minutes unless otherwise stated.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session may need to finish at the scheduled time. Full session fees still apply.
Booking & Payment
Payment is required in advance unless otherwise agreed.
Sessions are only confirmed once payment has been received.
7. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed appointments, are charged in full and are non-refundable.
In exceptional emergencies, discretion may be applied at the therapist’s discretion.
8. Packages & Expiry (If Applicable)
Where session packages are purchased:
Packages are non-refundable once commenced
Unused sessions cannot be transferred to another person
Sessions must be used within 6 months unless otherwise agreed
9. Messaging & Video Support Services
This section applies to any ongoing messaging, voice note, or video support offered outside scheduled sessions.
Nature of Support
Messaging support is intended as a complementary support tool and not a replacement for therapy sessions, crisis services, or emergency care.
Response Times
Responses are provided within the agreed working timeframe (typically within 48 hours during working days unless otherwise stated).
Responses are not instant or on-demand.
Boundaries
Reasonable and respectful use is expected.
The therapist reserves the right to place limits on excessive messaging or communication outside agreed boundaries.
Crisis Support
Messaging services must not be used for emergencies or urgent mental health crises.
If immediate support is needed, you agree to contact:
Your GP
Emergency services
Samaritans or another crisis support service
10. Online Sessions
For online sessions:
Clients are responsible for ensuring a private and suitable environment
A stable internet connection is required
Sessions must not be recorded without written permission from all parties
11. Therapist Rights
The therapist reserves the right to:
Decline or discontinue services where appropriate
Refer clients to alternative support where needs fall outside the therapist’s scope of practice
Amend these Terms & Conditions when necessary
12. Liability
While all reasonable care and professional standards are maintained, you acknowledge that participation in therapy and coaching services is voluntary.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Brooke Z Healing shall not be held liable for any indirect loss, emotional distress, decisions made, or outcomes experienced as a result of participation in these services.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where it cannot legally be excluded.
13. Non-Discrimination
Services are provided in an inclusive and non-discriminatory manner regardless of race, ethnicity, religion, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, or background.
