  • Root Cause Therapy is a holistic healing approach that uses combined methods of:

    • Kinesiology (muscle testing)

    • Hypnosis (accessing subconscious states)

    • Timeline Therapy (healing past experiences)

    These methods help to identify and resolve the subconscious origins of emotional distress, limiting beliefs, and unhelpful patterns of behaviour.

    Rather than just managing symptoms, Root Cause Therapy recognises that our current struggles often stem from unresolved experiences stored in our subconscious mind, sometimes from childhood, past relationships, or moments when we formed limiting beliefs about ourselves or the world.

    Through gentle techniques, we can access these subconscious patterns and trace them back to their origins. This approach is particularly powerful because it doesn't require you to spend years analysing or reliving trauma. Instead, we can often identify and heal the root cause efficiently and gently, creating lasting transformation from the inside out.

  • Trauma-Informed Coaching is an approach that recognises how past experiences shape our present day patterns, responses, and beliefs. It understands that many of our "problems" such as anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, and self-doubt, often make complete sense when we understand what we've been through.

    This approach is built on safety, choice, and collaboration. I never push you to share more than feels comfortable, never rush your process, and always respect what your nervous system needs. You remain in complete control of your healing journey.

    Trauma-Informed Coaching also recognises that healing isn't just about talking, it's about helping your body and nervous system feel safe again. We work at your pace, honour your responses, and create a space where you can finally exhale and be truly seen.

    Unlike traditional approaches that might focus on fixing symptoms or changing behaviours, Trauma-Informed work understands that your responses developed to protect you. We explore these patterns with compassion, understanding why they served you, and gently help you update them when you're ready.

    Most importantly, it's about seeing you as whole and resilient, not broken. Your reactions, your struggles, your protective strategies, they all make sense based on what you have been through. It’s from that place of understanding, that real healing becomes possible.

  • This varies for everyone. Some people find clarity and relief in just a few sessions, while deeper patterns may take longer to shift. We can work session by session, or you might choose a 6 or 12 session package if you're ready for deeper transformation. We'll follow your pace and what feels right for you.

  • Each session is tailored to what you need in that moment. Sometimes we'll talk through patterns and make connections, sometimes we'll do deeper emotional processing, sometimes we'll work with what your body is holding. I use my training in Trauma-Informed Coaching and Root Cause Therapy intuitively, letting your needs guide our approach. Sessions are 1 or 2 hours, depending on what you choose.
